About the Product
The Bavette is a particularly flavorful cut of the sirloin, and it isn’t on menus just because it sounds French. In standard grade beef this cut is destined for fajitas, but in our incredible Wagyu it’s juicy and tender. It’s amazingly delicious grilled or pan broiled, or in any preparation that calls for an inside skirt or flank steak.
