• We guarantee the quality and grade of our beef.
• We guarantee that your product will arrive in a chilled state.
• We guarantee that you will receive the weight you ordered or more.
• We ask that you notify us by phone at (855)215-2902 within 14 days of receipt of your product weekdays, between the hours of 9am-5 pm.

We can not be responsible for orders left unattended that are delivered to the customer-specified recipient address on the customer-requested delivery date. We reserve the right to investigate claims that we believe to be unfounded or fraudulent.
