About the Product
If you want a perfect burger, start with the perfect beef. We make our burger patties by grinding our famously fat-flecked Wagyu cuts, not (like most producers) grinding fat back into lean cuts. That makes our burgers more consistently juicy and flavorful throughout.
These patties are pre-formed to make things easy, and sold in one-pound packages. Fat content averages 20%.
