7X Flank Steak

The Flank steak is among the most flavorful cuts, a steak renowned for a “beefiness” that can stand up to bold flavors of Chiles, Chimichurri, or Soy. In most cattle breeds it’s a tough and lean hunk of flavor, best left to chefs and strategic slicing. Our Flank steaks, however, benefit from our superior marbling and shorter muscle fibers, making them juicy and uncharacteristically tender.

The 7X Flank comes two to a package, for a total of 4 to 4.5 pounds.
