7X Ribeye

The ribeye is typically the most flavorful cut of steak in a side of beef, because even ordinary cattle carry a great deal of fat there. The superior marbling of 7X beef means the fat is marbled evenly throughout, creating a uniformly delicious and juicy steak-eating experience. Our Ribeye is cut 1 1/4-inch thick and available in 16-ounce and 18-ounce steaks.
