Striploin Kebabs are about 2-inches square, trimmed from the same section as our famous New York Strips, with all the fat and flavor. These are great on the grill, or seared for a quick entree.
Tenderloin Tips come from the ends of our legendary Tenderloins, and have all the flavor and marbling of those famous filets. Cubes measure about 1-inch square, and cook perfectly with the shortest of sears.
