About the Product
This may be the most incredible cut of beef available on Earth. The Bone-in Standing Ribeye Roast is the primal cut from which our famous Ribeye Steaks are trimmed, and we deliver it to you as a three- or four-bone cut. It’s the quintessential roast beef — simple to prepare with a few hours and a 350° oven — but is also easy trimmed to several massive bone-in Ribeye Steaks for the grill, oven, or reverse-seared sous vide.
Our three-bone weighs in at eight pounds, and our four-bone is a 12-pound behemoth — both give or take half a pound.
