Asian Style Marinade
Ingredients:
- 1/2 Tamari or Soy Sauce
- 1/2 Cup Water
- 2 Tblsp. Peanut Oil
- 2 Tblsp Chopped Ginger
- 2 Cloves Garlic
- 1/4 Cup Brown Sugar
- 1/4 Cup Cilantro
- 1/4 Cup Green Onions
- 1 Tsp. Onion Powder
- 1/2 Tsp. Chili Flakes{item} |
Instructions:
Place all ingredients in a blender on high for two minutes until smooth. Marinate steaks for 2 to 4 hours. Makes enough for 2 pounds of steak.
