Asian Style Marinade

Ingredients:

 

  • 1/2 Tamari or Soy Sauce
  • 1/2 Cup Water
  • 2 Tblsp. Peanut Oil
  • 2 Tblsp Chopped Ginger
  • 2 Cloves Garlic
  • 1/4 Cup Brown Sugar
  • 1/4 Cup Cilantro
  • 1/4 Cup Green Onions
  • 1 Tsp. Onion Powder
  • 1/2 Tsp. Chili Flakes{item} |

 

Instructions:

Place all ingredients in a blender on high for two minutes until smooth. Marinate steaks for 2 to 4 hours. Makes enough for 2 pounds of steak.
