7X Chuck Eye Roast

The Chuck Eye Roast is one of the most tender, most flavorful cuts you’ll ever braise or roast — especially when it comes from our amazingly marbled Wagyu cattle. It’s the neighbor to the Delmonico steak and has all of those famous steakhouse qualities, but the structure means it’s better trimmed into a two-plus pound hunk of goodness. You may see this cut described elsewhere as “lean.” Ours, well, it’s not lean. It’s delicious.
